A mid 20th century platinum sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The rectangular-shape sapphire, within a circular and brilliant-cut diamond surround, to the tapered shoulders and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.35ct. Weight 3.2gms.

Purchasing information-
Overall condition good. Some surface wear in keeping with age/general wear. One replacement brilliant-cut diamond. Other possible replacement diamonds. Evidence of repair to the shoulders. Evidence of resizing. Sapphire blue, moderate to dark colour saturation. Fairly good clarity with typical inclusions, to include colour banding. Gemstone in good condition with some abrasion and nibbles to the facet edges. Please see Important Notices for Purchasers in our catalogue for coloured gemstones. Diamonds bright and fairly well matched. Individual size prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Minor to scattered inclusions visible under magnification. Diamonds in fair to good condition, mostly with minor abrasion, some with significant nicks/nibbles. Ring size M. Stamped Plat.
