A mid 20th century platinum emerald and diamond ring. The square-shape emerald, to the single-cut diamond line shoulders, with foliate gallery and engraved sides. Estimated total diamond weight 0.15ct. Weight 4.7gms.

The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Emerald replacement gem, mount for a cushion-shape gem. The diamonds appear bright and well matched. The emerald is a light medium slightly bluish green hue. Moderate window effect through the centre of the gem. The emerald has typical inclusions including surface reaching features.
