Condition Report

A late 19th century gold turquoise and diamond flower bar brooch. The old-cut diamond, within a turquoise cabochon petal surround, to the plain bar. Estimated diamond weight 0.20ct, H-I colour, P1 clarity. Length 3.4cms. Weight 3.5gms.

Purchasing information
    The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. The diamond appears bright with scattered inclusions and a small surface reaching cavity. Turquoise possible replacements. Glue visible to surround of one. Turquoise range from light blue to slightly darker blue. Minor matrix visible.
