Condition Report
ROLEX - a gentleman's Oyster wrist watch. Circa 1945. Reference 4444, serial 356609. Signed manual wind movement. Silvered dial with gilt Arabic numeral hour markers. Stainless steel case fitted to an unsigned black leather strap with gold plated pin buckle. 31mm.

Purchasing information- The wind movement is currently functioning.
- Movement appears show heavy discolouration, scratches and small chips, consistent with general use.
- Dial seems to be heavily tarnished and discoloured with sections of pitting.
- Hands appear to be heavily tarnished and show scratches to the centre and seconds hand.
- Glass appears to have several small and very light scratches.
- Case appears to have medium chips and pitting. Multiple scratches are also present across the entire surface.
- Crown appears to be a later addition. It seems to bear light scratches and pitting.
- Bezel seems to have light pitting and scratches, the majority of which should polish out. Chips are also present around the edge.
- Case back currently shows heavy scratches with discolouration and chips to the edge.
- Strap appears to be in good condition.
- Buckle appears to be in good condition. This lot does not come with box or papers. Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any lots sold.
Due to opening of the case back we recommend this watch is re-sealed by an authorised technician to ensure any stated water resistance is retained.
