Condition Report

An early 20th century 22ct gold ruby and diamond five-stone ring. The alternating graduated circular-shape ruby and old-cut diamond line, within a rectangular-shape panel, to the tapered band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.15ct. Weight 3.6gms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition good. Some surface wear in keeping with age. Evidence of resizing. Rubies differ slightly in hue, pinkish-red with fair to dark colour saturation. Fairly good clarity with typical inclusions. Gemstones in fair to good condition with some abrasion and nibbles. Please see Important Notices for Purchasers in our catalogue or on our website for coloured gemstones. Diamonds fairly bright and well matched. Individual size prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Scattered inclusions visible under magnification. Diamonds in good condition with minor abrasion and some nicks to the girdle of one.
