Condition Report

A selection of early 20th century gold jewellery. To include a 15ct gold peridot and split pearl openwork pendant, a 9ct gold split pearl initial 'M' and white enamel halo brooch, together with a 9ct gold Murrle Bennett & Co turquoise pin. One stamped MB&Co. Length of pendant 3.5cms. Total weight 8.3gms.

Purchasing information
    The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. The Murrle Bennett & Co. pin has a later attachment to one side, stamps rubbed. Stamped 15ct and 9ct. Split pearls vary in hue, discolouration to some, possible replacements. Please see important notices for purchasers in the catalogue and on our website for Coloured Gemstones. The peridot is a moderately vibrant medium slightly yellowy green hue. Slight abrasion to enamel. Initial bar brooch with base metal pin, possible replacement. Length of initial brooch 6cms. Length of turquoise pin 3.6cms.
