Condition Report

A mid 20th century 18ct gold ruby, emerald and sapphire dress ring. Of crossover design, the stylised rope-twist interwoven panels, with graduated circular-shape ruby, emerald and sapphire scrolling line accents. Weight 14.2gms.

Purchasing information
    The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Stamped 18k, Italy. Slight deeper scratches to inside of band. Very minor discolouration and slight pitting to back of band, possible resize. Please see important notices for purchasers in the catalogue and on our website for Coloured Gemstones. The gems are well matched and moderately vibrant. The rubies are a slightly purplish pinky red hue. The emeralds show typical inclusions including surface reaching features. Width of ring head 2cms.
