Condition Report

A mid 19th century continental portrait miniature and split pearl single ear pendant. The sepia putto portrait, within a blue glass and foliate split pearl surround, to the split pearl lines and bow surmount. French assay marks. Length 6cms. Total weight 6.8gms.

    The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Some seed pearl possible replacements. Slight bends to the hook fitting. Hook fitting for pierced ear. Length includes hook fitting. Length to top of bow 5.4cms. Some possible split pearl replacements. Split pearls show some wear and slight discolouration.
