Condition Report

A George III silver sauce boat of small oval form, embossed with trailing foliage and raised on three hoof feet. Hallmarked London 1775 with the maker's mark TW. Height including handle 3 1/2 inches (9 cm), weight 3.3 ozt (104 grams).

Purchasing information
    Poor condition. The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Replacement handle alongside significant repairs and alteration in this area. Further repairs to the joins of the feet and various other solder repairs around the body. Small tears to the frilled rim which has been repaired. The hallmarks are clear and legible. Feet do not sit flat.
