A George III small silver salver.

Condition Report

A George III small silver salver of plain circular outline, raised rim with simple beaded border detail and standing on three splayed feet with conforming bead decoration. Hallmarked London 1787 with maker's mark I.S, tentatively attributed to John Schofield. Diameter measures 8 inches (20.2 cm), weight 11.92 ozt (370.6 grams).

Purchasing information
    The salver displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Several larger and deeper scratches are visible, also numerous little nicks and pin prick marks. Slight loss of definition to the bead border. The hallmarks are clear and legible, slight rubbing to maker's mark.
