Condition Report

DERRICK - a lady's bracelet watch. Hallmarked Edinburgh 1951. Numbered 6748. Unsigned manual wind movement. Champagne dial with gilt Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. 9ct rose gold case fitted to a 9ct rose gold bracelet with ladder clasp. 21mm. 15gms.

Purchasing information
  • The manual wind movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement appears to show light scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear.
  • Dial appears to be slightly discoloured with several dark marks and tarnishing to the hour markers.
  • Hands seem to be scratched and pitted with chips to the centre.
  • Glass appears to have been replaced with plastic, which is lightly scratched.
  • Case appears to have medium scuffs and scratches with heavy tarnishing and discolouration.
  • Crown seems to be non-original and bears medium scratches and tarnishing.
  • Case back seems to display multiple medium scuffs and scratches, the majority of which should polish out, with several dents.
  • Bracelet appears to have medium scuffs with large areas of tarnishing and discolouration.
  • Clasp currently displays medium scratches, with areas of tarnishing and pitting to the inside. This lot comes with no box or papers.
