Condition Report

ROLEX - a lady's Oyster Perpetual Datejust bracelet watch. Circa 1987. Reference 69174, serial R764709. Signed automatic calibre 2135. Silvered dial with baton hour markers, date aperture to three. White metal fluted bezel, stainless steel case fitted to a stainless steel Jubilee bracelet with Oysterclasp. 26mm.

Purchasing information
  • The automatic movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement appears to show light scratches, marks and tarnishing, commensurate with general wear.
  • Dial appears to have several small dark marks around the centre and five.
  • Hands seem to display light tarnishing around the centre and end of the seconds hand, visible under a 10x loupe.
  • Glass appears to have be in good condition.
  • Bezel currently seems to have medium scuffs and scratches with heavy pitting on several areas.
  • Case appears to have multiple medium and several heavy scuffs and scratches, with small chips and grazes to the edges.
  • Crown currently shows medium scratching and tarnishing with several small chips.
  • Case back seems to display medium scratches, the majority of which should polish out, with areas of light pitting.
  • Bracelet appears to have several very light scratches with a small amount of tarnishing between several of the links under close examination but is generally in good condition.
  • Bracelet does not seem to be stretched.
  • Clasp currently displays light pitting and scratches, with areas of denting and tarnishing consistent with the clasp being regularly closed.
  • Bracelet measures approximately 16cm including the case. This lot comes with no box or papers.
