Condition Report

ROLEX - a lady's Oyster Perpetual Datejust bracelet watch. Circa 1985. Reference 69173, serial 8993437. Signed automatic calibre 2135. Champagne dial with diamond dot hour markers, date aperture to three. Yellow metal fluted bezel, stainless steel case fitted to a bi-metal Jubilee bracelet with Oysterclasp. 26mm. Papers.

Purchasing information
  • The automatic movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement appears to show light scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear.
  • Dial appears to show pitting across the entire surface, visible under a 10x loupe.
  • Hands seem to show light scratches, visible under a 10x loupe.
  • Glass appears to be lightly scratched with several small chips to the edge.
  • Bezel currently seems to have light pitting with small scratches and areas of tarnishing.
  • Case appears to have a deep scratch around the base of the crown but is otherwise in good condition.
  • Crown currently shows medium scratches and tarnishing, with a large chip to the edge.
  • Case back seems to display several light scuffs and scratches, which should polish out.
  • Bracelet appears to have light scratches and a small amount of tarnishing between several of the links.
  • Bracelet is stretched.
  • Clasp currently displays several light scratches and a small area of pitting, with areas of tarnishing around the hinges on the inside. The Rolex logo is less defined, possibly due to over polishing.
  • Bracelet measures approximately 16cm including the case. This lot comes with papers but no box.
