An 18ct gold diamond heart pendant. The scrolling openwork heart, with brilliant-cut diamond line accent, suspended from a box-link chain. Estimated total diamond weight 0.15ct. Hallmarks for Sheffield. Length of pendant 2.8cms. Length of chain 42.5cms. Weight 8.1gms.
