DUNHILL - a limited edition gentleman's Bobby Finder chronograph wrist watch. Number 0645/1500. Reference 8068. Signed automatic ETA calibre 2892A2. Silvered dial with chevron hour markers, subsidiary seconds and minute dials to three and nine. Calibrated bezel with luminous Arabic numerals alternating with rectangular markers, stainless steel case fitted to an authentic brown leather strap with stainless steel deployant clasp. 40mm. The two sub dials are an echo of the æBobby FinderÆ goggles invented by Alfred Dunhill in response to receiving one of the first ever speeding fines. They æWill spot a policeman at half a mile even if disguised as a respectable manÆ.

Purchasing information
  • Automatic movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement appears in a very good state as there is no sign of damage noticeable to the surface.
  • Dial, hands and glass all appear in a very good state.
  • Bezel shows superficial scuffs as a result of general wear, majority should polish out.
  • Case shows only light scuffs in various places.
  • There are some noticeable scratches to the case back.
  • Leather strap appears in a quite pleasant state, however there are some light signs of wear such as creasing to the inner side and around holes.
  • Clasp appears lightly scuffed and it locks properly.

    This lot does not come with box and papers.
