Condition Report

CARTIER - a Tank Americaine XL chronograph wrist watch. Reference 2894, serial 84058LX. Signed automatic calibre 205. Silvered dial with Roman numerals, subsidiary recorder dials to three, six and nine, date aperture to twelve. 18ct white gold case fitted to a signed black alligator strap with an 18ct white gold folding clasp. 31mm.

  • Automatic movement is currently functioning, chronograph function appears to be working correctly however we have been unable to test the hour counter.
  • Movement appears to be in good condition with minor marks visible under an eye glass.
  • Dial appears to be in good condition.
  • Hands also appear to be in good condition.
  • Glass has marks and scratches.
  • Case has visible scratches, marks and small dints.
  • Crown and pushers appear to be working correctly. Crown shows scratches.
  • Case back has scratches and marks. Glass exhibition plate appears to be free from scratches to the naked eye.
  • Strap shows visible wear, marks and creasing.
  • Clasp has scratches and marks.

    This lot does not come with box or papers.
