EBEL - a gentleman's wrist watch.

Condition Report

EBEL - a gentleman's wrist watch. Stamped 18K 0.750 with poincon. Numbered 897043 436. Signed manual wind movement. Champagne dial with image of a head in profile, star hour markers. Yellow metal case fitted to an unsigned brown leather strap with stainless steel pin buckle. 32mm.

Purchasing information
  • Manual wind movement is not currently functioning and will require attention.
  • Movement shows marks when viewed under an eye glass.
  • Dial shows a visible scratch by the seven o'clock marker. Dial also shows marks, dints and appears to have small pieces of debris/fibres attached.
  • Hands have marks when viewed under an eye glass.
  • Glass shows light scratches and marks when viewed under an eye glass.
  • Bezel has minor marks.
  • Case shows light scratches, marks and tarnishing. Left hand side of the case shows knurling to the underside which looks to have occurred when opening in the past.
  • Crown appears to be functioning correctly.
  • Case back has scratches and marks. Case back also shows some tarnishing.
  • Strap shows creasing and light marks. Creasing has resulted in cracks to the underside of the strap.
  • Buckle has marks and tarnishing.

    This lot does not come with box or papers.
