Condition Report

A late Victorian 15ct gold diamond hinged bangle. The old-cut diamonds, spaced to the curved panel, with cannetille sides and plain half-bangle. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1898. Inner diameter 6cms. Weight 12.6gms.

    Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches, bruises and areas of discolouration in keeping with general age and wear. Diamonds individual size and setting prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. One brilliant-cut diamond replacement, with visible glue residue. Security chain in working order. Bangle is hollow.
