Condition Report

IWC - a gentleman's Portofino wrist watch. Numbered 2814396. Signed automatic calibre 37521. White dial with silvered baton hour markers, date aperture to three. Stainless steel case fitted to a signed brown leather strap with stainless steel pin buckle. 34mm. Box and papers.

Purchasing information

Automatic movement is currently functioning.
Movement appears to show slight pitting and scratches, commensurate with general wear.
Date aperture is currently functioning.
Dial appears to be in good condition.
Hands seem to be in good condition.
Glass appears to be in good condition.
Case appears to show a small number of light scuffs and scratches.
Crown displays a number of light scratches.
Case back seems to show light scuffs scratches with a small area of pitting..
Strap appears to show areas of slight rubbing to the leather, with a distinct dark mark beneath one of the pin holes, consistent with the strap being fastened.
Buckle seems to have medium scuffs and scratches. This lot comes with a box in used condition and a guarantee card dated 1/6/2004. Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any lots sold.
Due to opening of the case back we recommend this watch is re-sealed by an authorised technician to ensure any stated water resistance is retained.
