An 18ct gold aquamarine and diamond dress ring. Designed as a marquise-shape aquamarine, within a brilliant-cut diamond and marquise-shape aquamarine double surround, to the brilliant-cut diamond shoulders. Total diamond weight 0.30ct, stamped to band. Hallmarks for Birmingham. Weight 7.3gms.
