Condition Report

A George III Irish silver tray, the oblong form with raised edge to the gadrooned rim and twin handles, each interspersed with scrolling shell accents and raised above four conforming bracket feet. Hallmarked Robert Williams, Dublin 1811. Length inclusive of handles 24 inches (61 cm), weight 72.8 ozt (2266 grams).

Purchasing information
    The tray displays general surface scratches, marks and wear commensurate with the age and use. Heavy tarnishing visible and would benefit from a clean and polish. The seam of the rim has started to split in a couple of areas. Minor shallow dents. The hallmarks are clear and legible. Also marked 79.14.
