Condition Report

ROLEX - a gentleman's Oyster Perpetual Date Submariner bracelet watch. Circa 1992. Reference 16610, serial S464562. Signed automatic calibre 3135. Black dial with luminous hour markers, date aperture to three. Calibrated bezel, stainless steel case fitted to a signed stainless steel Oyster bracelet with Fliplock clasp. 40mm. Papers.

Purchasing information
  • Movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Dial appears to be in an average condition with some light marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe. Luminous paint of the hour markers is tarnished and shows medium discolouration.
  • Hands show marks and tarnishing with discolouration to the luminous paint. The hour hand shows a small crack in the luminous paint. This is visible to the naked eye.
  • Glass has some scratches and marks when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Case shows scratches, marks and dints.
  • Crown screws down and is currently functioning correctly; the surface has noticeable scratches and dinting.
  • Bracelet has medium scratches and some signs of stretching to links.
  • Clasp is currently functioning and shows light scratches and marks
  • Bracelet measures approximately 18cm including case.

    This lot does not come with a box, but comes with papers dated 18 July 1994.
