Condition Report

An 18ct gold Edwardian opal and diamond five-stone ring. The graduated oval opal cabochons, with diamond point accents, to the tapered band. Hallmarks for Chester, 1902. Weight 3.6gms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition fair to good. Some surface wear in keeping with age. Evidence of resizing. Opals are possibly replacements. Opals well matched, translucent with play-of-colour. Gemstones in fair condition with some abrasion, one with a surface chip. Please see Important Notices for Purchasers in our catalogue or on our website for coloured gemstones. Diamond points fairly well matched. Due to the nature of the diamond point it has not been possible to provide an accurate total diamond weight. Individual size prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Diamonds in fair condition with some nicks and chips. Ring size P.
