Purchasing information
  • Movement is currently functioning. The movement appears to function intermittently. We believe this is due to the minute hand getting caught and stopped by the hour hand.
  • Movement is in a very poor condition with noticeable signs of rust. There is heavy rust to the rotor.
  • Dial appears to be in a poor condition with noticeable marks, scratches, tarnishing, some lifting of the laminate.
  • Hands show marks and tarnishing with discolouration to the luminous paint.
  • Glass has noticeable scratches and marks.
  • Case shows scratches, marks and dints. There is some heavy pitting on the case near to the 9 o'clock hour marker.
  • Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has noticeable scratches and dinting. The crown displays medium pitting. When being wound the crown produces a noise that sounds off.
  • Strap shows wear with visible marks, creasing and discolouration.
  • Buckle shows marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.

This lot comes with an associated later Jaeger-LeCoultre box in a used condition with medium wear but no papers.

Due to opening of the case back we recommend this watch is re-sealed by an authorised technician to ensure any stated water resistance is retained.
