Condition Report

Two brooches and a stickpin. To include an early 20th century 9ct gold riding crop and fox head brooch, a 9ct gold cultured pearl floral brooch, together with a garnet and colourless paste stickpin. One with hallmarks for 9ct gold. Lengths 5.6 to 4.8cms. Total weight 9.7gms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear. Heavy scratches and discolouration to the side of the stickpin. The cultured pearls are well matched with a white body colour showing pink and green overtones, with good lustre. Some slight blister and surface blemishes can be seen. The garnet has a medium purplish-red hue with moderate saturation and typical clarity, with inclusions visible to the naked eye. The colourless paste has some abrasion to facet edges.
