A diamond heart pendant. The pave-set diamond heart, suspended from a similarly-set diamond surmount and 18ct gold snake-link chain. Estimated total diamond weight 0.65ct. Chain with hallmarks for Sheffield. Length of pendant 1.4cms. Length of chain 44cms. Total weight 5.4gms.
