Condition Report

A ruby and diamond dress ring. The oval-shape ruby, to the brilliant-cut diamond trefoil shoulders and tapered band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.10ct. Weight 2.9gms.

    Overall condition good. Surface scratches in keeping with general wear. File mark to inner band. The ruby is pinkish red with a good saturation of colour, there are wispy white inclusions visible with the unaided eye. One section of the ruby appears quite translucent due to the inclusions. The outer diamonds are well matched, Individual size and setting prevents accurate colour/clarity grade assessment. Inner band stamped 750. Ring size N1/2.
