Condition Report

A mid 19th century gold and silver diamond cluster ring. The old-cut diamond, within an old-cut diamond surround, to the scrolling floral shoulders and grooved band. Estimated total diamond spread weight 0.75ct. Weight 3.5gms.

Purchasing information
    The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. The silver mounts are significantly oxidized. The diamonds are within closed back settings which prevents the accurate assessment of their weight, colour or clarity. Principal diamond estimated 5.8 by 5.5mms, unable to determine depth due to setting. Length of ring head 1cm. Ring size N 1/2.
