Condition Report

A George III silver pap boat, having engraved dedication 'ES to JP' below crown and bird crest. Hallmarked possibly London 1782, tentatively attributed to Hester Bateman. Length 4 4/8 inches (11.5 cm), weight 1.92 ozt (59.8 grams).

    Hallmarks with date letter only, with rubbing and distortion, maker's mark only part visible. Overall fair condition displaying tarnishing and wear commensurate with age and use. Few small bumps and dints.
