A George II silver kitchen caster of baluster form and pierced bun top. Hallmarked to the underside only London 1733, and the maker's mark W.?. Height measuring 3 1/2 inches (9 cm), weight 1.6 ozt (50 grams).

The lot displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Remnants of sticky labels. Lid dented. Would benefit from a clean and polish. Foot a little dented. No visible engravings. No hallmarks to the cover. Hallmarks to the underside are partly obscured.
