A Victorian silver and glass teapot stand.

Condition Report

A Victorian silver and glass teapot stand of circular form, the silver mount with bold beaded rim, engraved monogram and raised on three pierced feet, each modelled as a griffin, the glass insert with star cut centre. Silver hallmarked Henry Holland (of Holland, Aldwinckle & Slater), London 1864. Diameter measures 5 1/2 inches (14 cm), weight of silver 4.49 ozt (139.6 grams).

Purchasing information
    In fairly good overall condition, the silver mount displaying general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Some slight dints, also some heavier scratches and marks are visible. A small area of deeper gouges in the metal is visible on one side. The hallmarks are clear and legible. Minor edge and rim nicks to the glass.
