Condition Report

A pair of George II silver open salts, each of plain cauldron shape and raised on three stepped hoof feet. Hallmarked John Munns, London 1757. Weight 2.87 ozt (89.4 grams).

Purchasing information
    Both salts display general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Minor dints/bumps. No personal engravings. Likely small repairs around some of the joins of the feet to the main body. Also slight impressions visible to the interior. Engraved initials to the underside of each foot. The hallmarks appear rubbed but legible.
