Condition Report

A Victorian set of fours silver salts of shell form and standing on three dolphin feet with four associated silver salt spoons the stems cast and modelled as dolphins and crested. The salts hallmarked Hilliard & Thomason, Birmingham 1865, the spoons hallmarked William Davidson & Frederick Upton, London 1864. Gross weight 6.2 ozt (193 grams).

Purchasing information
    In good overall condition. The lot displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Hallmarks overall legible, but somewhat rubbed in parts including the makerÆs marks.
