Condition Report

An early 20th century 9ct gold peridot and split pearl pendant. The oval-shape peridot collet, within a split pearl wreath, to the similarly-set surmount, suspended from a fancy-link chain. Length of pendant 3.5cms. Length of chain 52.5cms. Weight 6.9gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition fair. Some surface wear and discolouration in keeping with general age and wear.

  • Drop deficient. Some possible replacement split pearls.

  • Peridot medium yellowish-green, fairly well saturated, fairly good clarity and typical inclusions.

  • Peridot in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the facet edges.

  • Pendant stamped 9ct. Barrel clasp stamped 9c.
