An 18ct gold ruby and diamond insect brooch. Designed as a bee, with single-cut diamond body and circular-shape ruby eyes. Sponsor's mark for Cropp & Farr. Estimated total diamond weight 0.15ct. Import marks for London, 1988. Length 2cms. Weight 5.1gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear.
- Diamond fairly well matched.
- Diamonds fairly bright.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Diamonds in fair to good condition with some large nicks.
- Rubies pinkish-red. Fairly good clarity with typical inclusions.
- Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles.
