Condition Report

An Edwardian 9ct gold turquoise and split pearl memorial brooch. The split pearl, star-set to the cannetille surround, with circular turquoise cabochon detail and glazed reverse panel. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1901. Length 4.3cms. Weight 4gms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition good. Surface scratches and small areas of discolouration in keeping with general age and wear. The split pearl has significant nacre damage. The turquoise are unmatched in colour, typical of age. Some are chipped, with possible paste replacements.
