Two late Victorian gold brooches.

Condition Report

Two late Victorian gold brooches. The first designed as a marquise-shape onyx panel with overlaid split pearl leaf, within a rope-twist surround, the second designed as an onyx bar, with central old-cut diamond collet. Lengths 4 and 4.1cms. Weight 12.2gms.

    Overall condition good. There are scratches and areas of discolouration in keeping with the age of the brooches. Estimated diamond weight 0.03ct, Individual size and setting prevents accurate colour/clarity grade assessment. Back bar of diamond and onyx brooch stamped 9ct.
