Condition Report

An early 20th century 18ct gold ruby three-stone and diamond accent ring. The cushion-shape ruby line, with single-cut diamond double spacers, to the scrolling gallery and shoulders. Weight 4.7gms.

  • Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Diamonds well matched.
  • Diamonds bright.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Small, scattered inclusions.

  • Rubies are a deep medium slightly purplish red to moderately purplish red hue, well saturated, with good clarity and few, typical inclusions.

  • Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.

  • Wear to some claws, may require attention.
  • Ring size R.
