An 18ct gold gem-set floral brooch. The pink and blue gem flowers, with cultured pearl highlights, gathered with a bow. Maker's mark C&Co, possibly for Carrington & Company. Hallmarks for London, 1993. Length 4.4cms. Weight 9.5gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and minor discolouration in keeping with general wear.

- Pink gems, light pink, medium saturation, inclusions visible to the naked eye.
- Blue gems vary in colour.
- Blue gems light to medium blue and greenish blue, medium saturation, inclusions visible to the naked eye.
- Cultured pearls well matched.
- White colour, pink overtones and good lustre.
- Without the aid of laboratory equipment, it has not been possible to determine if these cultured pearls are from a fresh or saltwater source.
