Condition Report

BREITLING - a gentleman's Windrider Chronomat chronograph wrist watch. Stainless steel case with calibrated bezel. Reference 81.950, serial 57975. Unsigned automatic Valjoux calibre 7750. Black dial with luminous hour markers, subsidiary recorder dials to six, nine and twelve, date aperture to three. Fitted to an unsigned black leather strap with signed stainless steel pin buckle. 40mm. Papers.

Purchasing information
  • Movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Dial appears to be in an average condition with some light marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Hands show marks and tarnishing with discolouration to the luminous paint.
  • Glass has noticeable scratches and marks.
  • Case shows scratches, marks and dints.
  • Crown screws down and is currently functioning correctly; the surface has noticeable scratches and dinting.
  • Strap appears to be in good condition with minor marks and creasing.
  • Buckle shows marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.

    This lot does not come with a box, but comes with papers to consist of a guarantee booklet dated 21.07.87.
