A late Victorian silver footed bowl.

Condition Report

A late Victorian silver footed bowl of circular form, embossed floral scroll decoration surrounding twin-opposed cartouche, one engraved with the Eton College crest and motto 'Floreat Etona', and the other with a personal presentation inscription. Hallmarked Lambert & Co (George Lambert), London 1892. Rim diameter measures 5 1/4 inches (13.3 cm), weight 7.3 ozt (227 grams). 'J.W. Crisp Winner of the polling Eton 1892'.

Purchasing information
    The bowl appears in fairly good overall condition, displaying general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Some minor dints and bumps. The hallmarks are clear and legible, also impressed maker's name and address to underside.
