Condition Report

BREITLING - a gentleman's Chronospace wrist watch. Stainless steel case with slide rule bezel. Reference A56012.1, serial 7161. Unsigned quartz movement. Blue dial with baton hour markers, quarterly Arabic numerals, digital displays to twelve and six. Fitted to an unsigned blue leather strap with stainless steel pin buckle. 42mm.

Purchasing information
  • Movement is not currently functioning, whether this is due to the need for a new battery or symptomatic of something more serious is unknown.
  • Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.
  • Dial appears to be in an average condition with some light marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe. The luminous paint shows light to medium discolouration and tarnishing.
  • Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing.
  • Glass appears free of significant scratches or marks when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Case shows light scratches and marks. Bezel appears to rotate correctly.
  • Crown is not currently functioning correctly; the surface has light scratches and marking.
  • Strap shows wear with visible marks, creasing and discolouration.
  • Buckle shows noticeable marks and scratches.
