Condition Report

CARTIER - a Tank Americaine chronograph wrist watch. 18ct white gold case. Reference 2312, serial 266311CD. Quartz movement. Silvered dial with Roman numeral hour markers, subsidiary recorder dials to four and eight, date dial to twelve. Fitted to a signed black alligator strap with 18ct white gold deployant clasp. 26mm.

  • Movement appears to be in a generally good condition with little sign of previous intervention when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Dial appears to be in a generally good condition with no marks visible when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Hands appear to be in a generally good condition.
  • Glass appears free of significant scratches or marks when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Case shows light scratches and marks.
  • Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has light scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Strap shows marks and creasing.
  • Buckle appears to be in good condition with minor marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.
