An early 20th century 18ct gold synthetic ruby and diamond three-stone ring. The circular-shape synthetic ruby and old-cut diamond sides, with rose-cut diamond spacers, to the scrolling gallery. Principal diamonds estimated total weight 0.20ct. Weight 4.1gms.
