Condition Report

A pair of ruby and diamond earrings. Each designed as a domed panel of circular-shape ruby and single-cut diamond floral clusters, with similarly-cut diamond highlights and a circular-shape ruby border. Estimated total diamond weight 0.30ct. Diameter 2.2cms. Weight 18.2gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches in keeping with general wear.

  • Rubies well matched.

  • Rubies medium slightly purplish-red, well saturated, with good to fair clarity and typical inclusions.

  • Rubies in mostly good condition with some minor abrasions, some have small chips or nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.

  • Diamonds well matched.

  • Diamonds bright and lively.

  • Light and dark coloured inclusions can be seen with magnification.

  • Diamonds in good condition with minor abrasions.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate and full colour and clarity assessment.

  • Fixed posts and hinged backs for pierced ears.
