Condition Report

An early George III silver waiter, having central Griffin crest within beaded border and rim, raised upon three shell moulded feet. Hallmarked Tudor & Leader, Sheffield 1779. Diameter measures 7 2/8 inches (18.5 cm), weight 7.25 ozt (225.4 grams).

    Having distortion to body causing a slightly compressed shape. Displaying surface scratches and wear commensurate with age and use, and engraving still fairly defined. Hallmarks with minor wear but clear and legible.
