Condition Report

A George IV silver salver, having central raised cartouche within extending and foliate chased decoration with further raised floral rim, the whole raised upon three acanthus leaf feet. Hallmarked S C Younge & Co., Sheffield 1820. Diameter measures 10 2/8 inches (26 cm), weight 19.92 ozt (619.9 grams).

Purchasing information
    Overall appears in good condition commensurate with age and use. Displaying some general wear, surface scratches, marks and tarnishing. There are two small dints to central cartouche and some heavier scratches, with no personal engravings. Displaying minor rubbing to surface throughout, however decoration is still defined. Hallmarks clear and legible.
