Condition Report

A George II silver waiter, the hexagonal form with raised edge, reed border embellished with shells and standing on three shell feet. Hallmarked James Shruder, London 1741. Maximum width measuring 6 3/4 inches (17 cm), weight 12.7 ozt (398 grams).

Purchasing information
    The lot displays general scratches, marks wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Of heavy gage, although an engraving has been removed from the the centre. Rubbing with loss of definition and detail to the decoration. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
