Condition Report

A George IV 18ct gold memorial ring. The central domed glass panel surrounded by seed pearls to the black enamel and scrolling border and shoulders with inscription to the reverse. Hallmark for London. Ring size M. Weight 5.4gms.

Purchasing information
    The condition of the ring is good, with surface scratches to the metal and enamel in keeping with age and wear. Small areas of enamel deficient to shoulders. Inscription reads 'Mrs James Ellis Obt 9 Augt 1826'. This is not shown in the photograph but the glass panel to the front is vacant.
