A late George III 15ct gold memorial split pearl and enamel memorial ring.

Condition Report

A late George III 15ct gold memorial split pearl and enamel memorial ring. The pink foil-back paste panel, within a split pearl and black enamel surround, to the split pearl trifurcated shoulders and ridged band. Inner inscription reads 'Sam Acton obt 26 Sept 1817 at 63'. Weight 5.6gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • The central cluster panel is loose.
  • Significant area of discolouration visible to the reverse of the band.
  • Abrasion and gas bubbles visible to the central paste. The foil is pink not the paste.
  • There are chips are areas of abrasion visible to some split pearls.
